Gift cards may only be used in-store and will not apply for online purchases. Gratuities may not be added to a gift card when used at a restaurant.

Sugar Land Town Square Gift Cards may be purchased online by clicking HERE. We are happy to ship gift cards directly to you or to your selected recipient(s) via U.S. Mail Certified Return/Receipt, Local Courier or UPS next day. Local courier services are available for residents in Sugar Land/$16.50, Stafford/$18 or Missouri City/$12. Gift cards ordered online can also be picked up in the Management Office located in Sugar Land Town Square at 15958 City Walk, Suite 250 in the office space above Café Express.

Gift cards are available in any denomination from $10 to $100.

Management Office at Sugar Land Town Square standard Customer Service hours are 8 am – 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

A purchase fee of $2 per card will be assessed at the time of card activation. Account maintenance fees of $2.50 per month will be deducted from the Card balance starting on the 1st day after a one year period of inactivity. Activity means any action resulting in an increase or decrease in the Card balance other than the imposition of a fee or adjustment due to an error or reversal of a prior transaction. $5 fee to replace lost, stolen or damaged Cards, except as prohibited by law. Plastic Cards are valid through September 1, 2012. The Cardholder may present and exchange an unusable plastic card for a new card that will be activated in the amount of the available balance of the Card Account at the time of the exchange. Internet sales cannot be shipped or sold to the following states: Connecticut, Hawaii, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont or New York.
