Can I redeem my gift card for cash?
Sugar Land Town Square Gift Cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash at anytime.

Where can I use my Sugar Land Town Square Gift Card?
Your Sugar Land Town Square Gift Card may be used for making purchases at any Sugar Land Town Square retailer including restaurants and hotels.

Can I place a tip on my Sugar Land Town Square Gift Card?
The Sugar Land Town Square Gift Card may not be used to pay for tips or other gratuities.

Can I purchase a Sugar Land Town Square Gift Card online?
Sugar Land Town Square Gift Cards may be purchased online. Click here to place an online order. We are happy to ship gift cards directly to you or to your selected recipient(s) via U.S. Mail Certified Return/Receipt, Local Courier or UPS next day. Local courier services are available for residents in Sugar Land/$16.50, Stafford/$18 or Missouri City/$12. Gift cards ordered online can also be picked up in the Management Office located in Sugar Land Town Square at 15958 City Walk, Suite 250 in the office space above Café Express. Gift Cards are available in any denominations from $10 up to $100.

Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed. Orders placed on Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until that following business day.

How do I use the Sugar Land Town Square Gift Card?
Let the store associate know you are using the Sugar Land Town Square Gift Card before they start to ring in your purchase. Stores will need to know the balance on your Sugar Land Town Square Gift Card. Once the purchase is complete, check the approval code on your receipt to see your latest card balance. The amount will read with an X in place of the decimal point. Example 58X17 = $58.17

What if I want to spend more than the card value?
The Sugar Land Town Square Gift Card can usually be combined with another form of payment to complete a purchase. Be sure to notify the cashier before they process your purchase.

What happens if my Sugar Land Town Square Gift Card is lost or stolen?
Notify Sugar Land Town Square Customer Service as soon as possible. Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced without adequate proof of purchase (original gift card receipt), and the corresponding gift card number. Please treat the Sugar Land Town Square Gift Card as cash, if it is lost or stolen there is the possibility of the card being used by someone other than yourself. We are not able to restore funds to the Sugar Land Town Square Gift Card at anytime.

How do I keep track of my balance?
You can check your gift card balance at www.getmybalance.com or by calling 1.800.755.0085. You can also write in your latest balance in the space provided on the back of the card. As well, when you use your Sugar Land Town Square Gift Card, the approval code at the bottom of your receipt represents your remaining balance. Example 58X17 = $58.17

What if I want to return items purchased with my Sugar Land Town Square Gift Card?
Depending on the retailer’s return policy, Sugar Land Town Square merchants will give store credit for returns.
