New restaurant scheduled to open its first Sugar Land location in November
Planned Community Developers, Ltd. (PCD) will soon welcome Salata to its growing list of restaurants in Sugar Land Town Square. Salata, a create-your-own salad bar, will offer diners the opportunity to customize salads and wraps with a wide variety of fresh ingredients to choose from. The eatery will also offer a Greek yogurt bar and accompaniments for breakfast or afternoon snacks.
“When scouting for potential locations in the area, we were drawn to the energy found at Sugar Land Town Square,” said Berge Simonian, owner of Salata. “The ample parking and co-tenancy in the development won us over. We look forward to bringing a healthy lunch option to Town Square diners.”
Salata will be located at 2170 Town Square Place, and occupy 2,847 square feet of retail space. The Town Square location will be the restaurant’s eighteenth system-wide, and will feature an outdoor patio with views of the Plaza and fountain. The interior will be designed using similar finishes found in other Salata restaurants.
Dwayne Bohac of Republic Central Realty, Inc., represented Salata in the transaction; Charles Adams, vice president of retail for PCD, represented PCD.
