A newcomer to Houston’s gastropub scene, The Ginger Mule Tonics & Meals, has opened in Sugar Land Town Square where it presents southern-influenced comfort food and an impressive selection of craft cocktails and beers, small-batch ales and casked brews.
Located in the area’s premier shopping, dining and entertainment destination at U.S. 59 and Highway 6, The Ginger Mule Tonics & Meals presents a menu of classic American comfort meals with local inspiration.
The comfort feel of The Ginger Mule’s cuisine is paired with a selection of classic American cocktails with special attention to North American Whiskey and highly curated selections of bourbons, malts, wheats, corns, ryes and expert blends.
One of several new restaurant concepts now open in Sugar Land Town Square, The Ginger Mule is owned by Robert White, proprietor of Japanerios Sushi Bistro & Latin Grill, Guru Burgers & Crepes and Jupiter Pizza & Waffle Company, all located within the bustling lifestyle center.
White says The Ginger Mule “is a culinary celebration of our great country, a tribute to the loyalty, hard work and dedication of so many generations that came before us and built this great nation.”
The Ginger Mule Tonics & Meals, 2228 Texas Drive in Sugar Land Town Square, is open Tuesday through Sunday. For more information, go to www.GingerMule.com.
