YESyoga is a power yoga studio focused on saying YES to growth by giving their clients the physical and mental tools needed to do the work to be true to themselves. YESyoga offers various classes, programs and workshops, for those beginning to practice yoga or have been practicing for years. They also provide a 200-hour teacher training program to become a certified yoga professional.
