This application is intended to ensure organized, well-managed events at Sugar Land Town Square. Submission does not guarantee approval.

Important: All equipment rental vendors must provide a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI).

Would you like to serve alcohol?
*All vendors must be pre-approved. Outside vendors are not permitted unless written authorization is granted.

Is this event open to the public?
Is this event ticketed?
Will you be using the City Hall steps as a stage?

*Applicants are responsible for securing and submitting any required permits at least two weeks before the event. Once your event is finalized, you will receive the appropriate contact information for all necessary permits.
